I do my best in these newsletters to pass along useful insights designed to help you better understand the challenges we all face and what we can do to improve our performance, be happier, and find greater reward and fulfillment from the work we do.
But this month, let’s forget about the self-improvement and just focus on being happy and enjoying the holidays.
Too often the holidays are more stressful than fun.
I say nuts to that.
Don’t fret about having just the right presents or making sure the house looks just so and the food is perfect or whatever.
Enjoy the days off. Enjoy being with friends and family. Celebrate life.
Go look at someone else’s lights. Order take out! Give ‘em cash.
Concentrate on being happy and grateful. No stress allowed.
And as another year ends, I want you to know I care about you, my newsletter family, and I’m here now, wishing you the happiest of holidays … with a big smile on my face.
We’ll get back to improving performance next year. Till then … jingle jingle.
